Modernizing the user experience : Getting new readers onboard.
The Challenge. The newspaper's readership had reached a plateau, making it crucial to identify new audiences and reignite growth.
The Solution. Through in-depth user research, we uncovered untapped opportunities and reimagined the reader experience. This was complemented by a comprehensive rebranding effort to clearly communicate our value proposition and attract a wider audience.
My Role. I was brought on board to drive growth initiatives. By conducting extensive user research, I identified key areas with the highest potential for expansion and designed an enhanced reader experience tailored to their needs.
Co-founder of a new generation agency specializing in AI-assisted visual creation.
Founder. I have co-founded Repop, for which I am the creative director. Repop is an AI powered creative team designing creative visuals for brands.
AI marketing. our clients benefit from the latest AI innovations, while freeing up time and resources through the rapid production of high-quality visuals, at a fraction of the cost, and in record times.
Running a large restaurant on fewer staff : Digital table ordering system.
The issue. Business catering is a constant struggle between cost and experience. This Paris based prestigious client wanted to offer the full restaurant experience to their staff, but with the constraints and budget of the self service model.
The solution. Automate the relationship between the guests and the kitchen, mobile ordering, payment, automated order, stock and kitchen management, have managers oversee the process, and waiters moving orders from and to the kitchen.
My role. I extensiveley studied all exchanges and processes of a fully functionning restaurant, conceived and designed the apps and systems allowing for the automation of all but the movements of food and cutlery.
Listen when you can't read : Your article read by the author (AI synthesized voices of the editorial team).
The issue. Growth and retention stem from deeper usage and engagement. However, many readers struggle to find the time to read regularly throughout the day.
The solution. We implemented audio versions of our news articles, allowing readers to listen when they’re unable to read. Journalists volunteered their voices to be synthesized for a more personalized reader experience.
My role. I conceived, designed, and marketed the new functionality.
The Smart Checkout : We built a faster, more effective way to pay.
The issue. Faced with queues of customers watching their food go cold on trays, we had to find ways of increasing the number of tills without the costs of hiring more hands...
The solution. The smart checkout is an AI powered checkout system for catering facilities, allowing a substantial increase in the speed and amount of users processed at anyone time.
My role. I was called in to stem significant drops in footfall by improving user experience, and finding new ways to help consumers make the best of their catering services.
Click and Collect for laundry: Manage your dry cleaning needs in 3 clicks.
The opportunity. The introduction of interactive lockers at business headquarters and public buildings created the need for an intuitive application to streamline service management.
The solution. A user-friendly mobile app that empowers customers to select a locker, drop off their laundry, choose their preferred treatments, make payments, and track their orders effortlessly.
My role. I was brought on to conceptualize the end-to-end consumer experience and design both the mobile app and the supporting website, ensuring a seamless and engaging user journey.
Comparing cabs on the spot: An app that allows users to search for the best cab offer and book it.
The opportunity. With multiple new companies emerging in the French cab market over the last few years, choosing the right service has become a tedious task.
The solution. A user-friendly mobile app that compares cab offers for a given destination, allowing users to halve their costs and waiting time.
My role. I was hired to conceive the user experience and design both the mobile app and the supporting back office website, ensuring a seamless and engaging user journey.
A hub for all catering services available to the user : The Foodi application.
The opportunity. Millions of employees around the world benefit from office catering services. However, users had to navigate numerous apps and websites to access these services, making the overall experience cumbersome.
The solution. Foodi is a state of the art service hub that helps users access all the services available around them, manage their account and digital wallet, order, buy and reserve from any of the restaurant or cafés.
My role. I researched and analyzed users' needs and pain points to design the best possible user experience. I conceived the apps and websites, hired and led a design team, and directed the project's branding and marketing.
All in one Digital wallet, payment and loyalty program.
The opportunity. A new law bans the automatic printing of paper receipts. Stores are encouraged to send digital invoices to customers, potentially opening the door to rampant personal data exploitation.
The solution. A consumer-friendly application designed to regain control over digitization of personal data and transactions by centralizing payments, invoice management, and loyalty programs.
My role. I was contracted to conceive the user journeys, design the application and branding, and evaluate the resulting user experience.
